About Us

Iberican Realty was born in 2017, when Juan & Michaela after more than a decade living in Marbella and receiving hundreds of friends and family every year during their vacations, we decided to make it easier for everyone and set up Iberican Realty where to offer holiday homes and homes for sale. After several years understanding better the real estate market that Marbella and the Costa del Sol offers, we decided to focus on the sales of luxury properties, being today the real estate reference in this sector. However, we like to take our clients by the hand during the whole buying process, advising them according to their needs and with a team of lawyers and real estate experts who speak several languages. Rather than having an infinite list of properties to choose from, we prefer to look for a house tailored to our clients, so we dedicate time to each client not only understanding their needs, but also informing them of all those aspects of day to day life, such as how Spain’s health system works as a foreigner, schools, supermarkets, financial aspects and the taxes they will have to pay and benefits they will be able to obtain. 

Michaela has more than 15 years of real estate experience having worked for major European agencies such as Engel & Voelkers or Gilmar. Born in the Czech Republic, she is precise and very detailed with her work. 

Juan, born in Madrid and having lived halfway around the world, is the best host you can find. He is not only a real estate agent but also has a career in real estate appraisals. Who better than him to receive you and give you the best advice while you enjoy a good glass of wine.
